High Pressure Ro Pump
The reverse osmosis process, which is also known as reverse osmosis (RO), or desalination, occurs when fresh water that has been contaminated with unwanted contaminants or sea water is forced through a filter or membrane at high pressure in order to purify it.
The minimum operating pressure needed for a RO system to function efficiently is 40 psi, but ideally it should be 60 psi. It may be that if the water pressure appears to be low on all of the faucets in your household, it may be that your local water utility company is temporarily delivering water at a lower pressure than usual.
Reverse osmosis works on the principle of osmosis. What is this principle? By using a partially permeable membrane, reverse osmosis (RO) is a process of water purification that utilizes a partially permeable membrane to remove ions, unwanted molecules, and larger particles from drinking water.
